1、site in charge of day-to-day estate operation of property, including estate management, building operations, and technical operations；
2、provide excellent customer services and handle complaints/enquiries of residents；
3、supervise on-site team including security, cleaning and contractor；
4、monitor the maintenance works and responsible for budget preparation；
5、handle the emergencies of the property and perform ad hoc duties as required.
1、degree in property, housing management, or related discipline；
2、minimum 10 years experience in property management, with at least 5-7 years experience in property at the montreal；
3、proactive and customer-orientated with good communication skills;
4、good negotiation and interpersonal skill;
5、proficient in spoken and written english and frenche；proficient in oral chinese;
6、hands-on pc knowledge including word 、excel and ppt.
